Shazam Falcon® Fraud Management:
Shazam Falcon® fraud management is a card monitoring system that protects our customers from unauthorized use of Debit/ATM cards and fraudulent activity. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the customer will be contacted by someone at First Iowa State Bank or a SHAZAM fraud specialist calling on the bank's behalf to verify the transaction.
Many fraudulent transactions are done over the internet or internationally. If you will be traveling in the United States or abroad, please contact First Iowa State Bank and let us know the dates and locations. This will help us in recognizing which transactions may be legitimate versus fraudulent.
To ensure prompt response to these fraud alerts we need to keep your contact information up-to-date. This includes cell phone numbers and a secondary phone number if possible.
